Product Returns

Any item that is unopened, unused and in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase by calling us at (630) 488-6334 or by emailing us at skintheorypros@gmail.com. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to post, depending on your bank's policies.

Adverse Reactions

We cannot accept returns of opened or used products, even in the case of adverse reactions. If you have an adverse reaction to a product, we recommend you stop using it immediately and schedule a consultation to review your skin and adjust your skincare regimen.

Wrong / Incorrect  Products

If you receive the wrong product, please notify us by calling us at (630) 488-6334 and we will send the correct product out to you at no cost. We will also include a pre-paid return shipping label. You can use the original packaging to return the wrong product.
