Free Shipping over $50

Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders with total product amounts over $50. Shipping cost and options do not count towards the order total. We ship packages via USPS Ground Advantage. An email with package tracking information is automatically sent to your email once your order is filled.

Returns / Refunds

Skin Theory Esthetics accepts unopened returns of products purchased in our online retail store or brick and mortar store within 30 days of the delivery receipt date (receipt date is based on carrier’s stated date of delivery). Items should be unopened and unused products. Unopened includes, but is not limited to, plastic wrap, tamper seals, outside packaging, inside packaging, etc.

We accept up to three individual items to be returned or exchanged in a 365-day period. After three returns or exchanges, you may make another once 365 days have passed from the date each individual return or exchange was processed.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Please call use if you are requesting a return at (630) 488-6334.

Missing Packages Marked "Delivered"

If your order has been marked "delivered" by the carrier and you cannot find your it:

1. Ask neighbors if they received it by mistake. Look all around your mailbox and doorstep.

2. Wait 2 business days after it was marked delivered to determine if it was marked delivered prior to delivery (but is not lost).

3. If your package has not arrived within 2 business days of being marked "Delivered," file a missing mail inquiry with the USPS here: https://missingmail.usps.com/. Send the USPS missing inquiry response to us.

4. Take your tracking number into the post office so it can be geolocated. This will provide you the exact coordinates where the package was scanned as delivered. If your package was delivered incorrectly, request the carrier retrieve the package. If the package was marked delivered and was accidentally delivered to a neighbor, typically this is corrected within 72 hours.

5. If you think your package was stolen we suggest filing a police report for theft.

6. IF YOUR USPS OR UPS TRACKING SHOWS THE STATUS AS "DELIVERED", SKIN THEORY ESTHETICS LLC SERVICE HAS BEEN FULFILLED AND THE CUSTOMER (NOT SKIN THEORY ESTHETICS) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING THE SHIPPING CARRIER REGARDING A CLAIM AND FILING A POLICE REPORT IF YOU FEEL THE PACKAGE WAS STOLEN.

Skin Theory can only refund or replace a missing order marked "Delivered" if Signature Confirmation is selected for delivery. Please call us PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER at (630) 488-6334 if you would like Signature Confirmation for delivery.

Missing Packages  

If you think your order is lost in transit by the carrier, file a missing mail inquiry with the USPS here: https://missingmail.usps.com/. Send the USPS missing inquiry response to us.

Damaged Products

If a product is damaged upon receipt, please notify us at skintheorypros@gmail.com. Please include a picture of the damaged product. We will send a replacement out to you at no cost.

Wrong / Incorrect  Products

If you receive the wrong product, please notify us by calling us at (630) 488-6334 and we will send the correct product out to you at no cost. We will also include a pre-paid return shipping label. You can use the original packaging to return the wrong product.

Incorrect Addresses or Incorrect Recipient Name

If a customer provides an incorrect address or name for shipping an order and that order is returned to us, we can re-ship it to a corrected address as notified by the customer. Free shipping does not apply to this second round of shipping. If a package is accepted and not returned from an incorrect customer-provided address or name, Skin Theory cannot refund or replace the order.
