Every order is carefully processed and shipped with care. We’re pleased to offer complimentary shipping on orders over $50. Our team works diligently to ensure your products are shipped promptly, supporting you every step of your skincare journey.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking details.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may also monitor your shipment by logging into your account and reviewing your order history.
ORDER STATUS
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number to monitor its progress. You may also check your order status at any time by logging into your account and selecting “My Orders.”
We highly recommend creating an account to easily access your order history, track current orders, and stay updated on your shipment status. Account holders also have the opportunity to earn STE Points on sales at no cost.
MULTIPLE ORDERS TO THE SAME ADDRESS
When multiple orders are placed to the same shipping address, they may be combined for shipment. If you prefer that your orders be shipped separately, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING
Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders with total product amounts over $50. Shipping cost and options do not count towards the order total. We ship packages via UPS and UPS Ground. An email with package tracking information is automatically sent to your email once your order is filled.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Skin Theory Esthetics accepts unopened returns of products purchased in our online retail store or brick and mortar store within 30 days of the delivery receipt date (receipt date is based on carrier’s stated date of delivery). Items should be unopened and unused products. Unopened includes, but is not limited to, plastic wrap, tamper seals, outside packaging, inside packaging, etc.
We accept up to three individual items to be returned or exchanged in a 365-day period. After three returns or exchanges, you may make another once 365 days have passed from the date each individual return or exchange was processed.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Please email us at hello@skintheoryesthetics.com if you are requesting a return at (630) 488-6334.
EXCHANGES

MISSING PACKAGES MARKED "DELIVERED"
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you are unable to find it, please follow the steps below:
Please note: once UPS tracking shows a status of “Delivered,” Skin Theory Esthetics LLC considers the order fulfilled. At that point, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim and/or filing a police report if theft is suspected.
Skin Theory Esthetics is only able to refund or replace orders marked as “Delivered” if Signature Confirmation was selected at checkout. If you would like to add Signature Confirmation to your order, please contact us prior to placing your order at (630) 488-6334.
MISSING PACKAGES
If you think your order is lost in transit by the carrier, file a missing mail inquiry with the USPS here: https://missingmail.usps.com/. Send the USPS missing inquiry response to us.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If a product is damaged upon receipt, please notify us at hello@skintheoryesthetics.com. Please include a picture of the damaged product. We will send a replacement out to you at no cost.
RECEIPT OF WRONG INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@skintheoryesthetics.com. We will issue a return shipping label via email for the return of the incorrect product. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly send the correct product.
Returned items must be unopened and unused. If the product has been opened or used, we may not be able to process a replacement.
While we work hard to ensure every order is accurate, mistakes can occasionally happen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR INCORRECT RECEIPIENT NAME
If a customer provides an incorrect address or name for shipping an order and that order is returned to us, we can re-ship it to a corrected address as notified by the customer. Free shipping does not apply to this second round of shipping. If a package is accepted and not returned from an incorrect customer-provided address or name, Skin Theory cannot refund or replace the order.
