CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Changes made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

At Skin Theory Esthetics, each appointment is carefully reserved to ensure every guest receives dedicated time, care, and attention from our artists. We appreciate your cooperation in providing advance notice whenever possible so that we may offer the appointment time to another guest.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will always do our best to accommodate our guests when possible.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the reserved service.
